Hi, I’m Krystal, the artist behind K1 S’art Studio! I’m a Khmer American creative based in metro Atlanta. My love for art started early, and being an artist was a childhood dream that never left me.

S’art means “beautiful” in Khmer, and that’s what I try to bring into everything I create. Beauty has an infinite amount of forms and meanings that are unique to each person, which is what makes creating art so special.

Painting is how I reconnect with my culture and share it with others. Khmer art and culture were almost erased, and creating is my way of keeping it alive. I especially love doing custom pieces that bring joy to people — whether it’s a portrait, a memory, or just something that speaks to them.
